I very rarely give praise to CAG Doggs because I think if you want to be here you do what you need to do for your Family without having to be praised. Those who understand CAG's system and buy into it will become very well respected members of this clan and "Command" respect from their peers, leaders and those who they are expected to lead.

Batman_OnA_Stick has been someone who I have been watching closely on the forums and has caught my attention for many reasons. I want Batman_OnA_Stick to know that I appreciate everything she has been doing for the Playstation Division and I hope she keeps on doing what she is doing and that she doesn't fail like other female members that we have had in the past due to the pressure, disrespect by other members or just the simple fact that she is a female gamer.

Batman_OnA_Stick you have the opportunity to really put your stamp on the development of the Playstation Division and becoming a very strong Leader. Don't ever feel like you are not capable of taking charge of any situation, we have very good leaders that will help you and guide you so that you can become an even better leader than what you are now. Your ceiling is very high and I really have some great expectations from you which I have no doubt you will reach.

First, I appreciate the praise and do not take it lightly. I am also a believer in not handing it out that much, as it can dilute the meaning of it. It has been great to step into such a wonderful community that extends further than just gaming. It is no surprise that the foundation of this clan has lasted so long, and I am excited to see it continue to get even better. I do hope that as I continue to grow as a leader here, that I am reshaping peoples’ views of female gamers. As a few have mentioned, certain things can arise from being a female gamer, but I take it in stride as it comes in.

It has already been a rewarding experience helping out to restructure the PlayStation Division. I know everyone in Bravo will continuously try to improve it daily. I undoubtedly would have not been able to do anything without the guidance of some great leaders within Bravo and from Alpha members through the forums. Without their help, I know many of us would have been completely lost. I also know that they will always have my back, as long as I continue to work hard for my CAG family and always put the interest of the community above all else. I know with their help; I can be molded into a stronger leader and I am optimistic about reaching those expectations set out for me. It truly does take every single member from recruits to the high ranks to preserve the integrity of the community.

With this being my first ever clan, I will say, Batman; you pretty much made it a normal thing for me to socialise with women and men while gaming, just like real life. I didn't realise the negative connotations towards female gamers until recently when you have lobby chat on and people just turn into kids trying to pick on the girls. It's ridiculous!

Therefore I personally am thankful you are here, and made it despite any abuse you may have received.

However, you wouldn't have got here without Cheech, Gypsy, Parch, and all the older members setting the standard from the get go, let's just hope we can create the same environment for the future members.

So I'd like to take a moment to thank all of you for creating a real family with real values and morals.
