What do I need to do for my sharpshooter? I looked and could not find the exact directions. I assume it is the same as marksman but less deaths?

But as far as alpha goes. We have a lot of new players that are getting the CAG ways but we all need to start buckling down and learn the difference in when we are having fun as opposed to when we are trying to really lock shit down. I've gone over a lot of spots and routes when it comes to the new players plus taken time out to run thru the different maps to help out and yet still we can't seem to take the rounds serious when we say we are going to

I'm with you G3FAHR. I need to get my mind right and stop having sloppy games where I press too hard. My thought is designate one person and the group support them by putting them in the best position for getting kills. Once they have their kills protect them so they don't get too many deaths. Simple but this somehow falls apart when we start a match. I'm just as guilt of this as the next guy.

As far as buckling down I think we should do three or four games where we hold shit down. No joking during the game or chit-chat. Only call-outs and letting other players know the location of the enemy. The fifth game we do a free-for-all, run-and-gun, do-what-you-want game. That way if you've had some bad games you can blow off steam then get back into the game. Also we need to designate someone to run the lobby. It doesn't have to be the most senior member but who will keep everyone on task. We're all adults and our time is valuable. We need to respect that and knock these Sharpshooters out. We've got damn good players so these goals are not out of our reach.

Well said. I also think we should refer to ourselves in the third person. We have new voices to recognise and quite often when we are holding down the fort I have no idea who I am supporting or who is supporting me on the right side. A "Gefahr is covering the right" or Gefahr has the door would come in helpful. At least that is gefahrs opinion. . Of course run and gun there is no need.
