Not sure how many people enable their connection meter but it could be a good tool for us to use. This would help diagnose the best people to host games and tell if someone is lag switching.
First off go to your Menu screen and select Network.

Next turn on your Connection Meter.

Next time you're in a game go to your mini-map and you should see your ping information. This real-time where I believe the four-bar meter is not. Make a note of what your ping is and who is hosting. Also this is great for busting lag-switching.
