Here is the description of the positions available within the roster.
COMMANDER
Is responsible for the administrative aspects of the team. Leads the unit in combat and over sees that his team is cross trained in all aspects.
ASSISTANT COMMANDER
Covers down on all duties when Commander is not available. Takes charge of second half of team in combat operations. Helps assemble practices and team scrimmages/ matches.
Intelligence Officer
These guys primary focus is to learn the maps. They should know all camera locations, potential bomb locations/spawn points, etc. They are the back bone to setting up team strategies.
Communications Officer
These are your Call Out gooroos. They teach and train what call outs will be used, as well as make sure all non combat information for the team is read and understood.
Weapons Sergeant
These are your operator/weapons experts. They develop the best possible team setup for all situations on the battlefield. They know what operators work well together as well as what weapons and ordinance will get the job done and bring home the victory.
Engineer Sergeant
These are the demolitions and barricade experts. They know the best possible entry points to give that perfect line of sight. As well they also know where to throw up those reinforcements to give the team the key advantage in a successful defense.

You don not need to apply for the Assistant Commander position. This position will be hand picked by myself and a few others that will be helping me observe your forums and game presence, so that the best person can fill the spot.
