To everyone I was playing with yesterday took my meds and fell asleep 💤💤 smh..I tried to get back on but my wife had already took over. Gonna be on for a few hours today tho oan: it was the best nap of 2016😂😂 and at least I didn't fall asleep playing.
No worries. I'll be on later tonight so we can smoke some fools! Or at least I try and put up a good number while you smoke the fools.

Worry does nothing for a body or soul. You can't worry enough to change a situation or make anything better. This is coming from a constant worrier so I know. I've got a good friend who suffers from anxiety attack. He's always been into power lifting but until he learned to focus that anxiety into his lifts he never placed well. Now he hold a national record for his weight class.
Oh I know I focus it on gaming and making video now...but still have my days.
