    That's the key. It's not getting "The Best" players and putting them on a team. It's building the "Best Team" from players that can work together.

    Right on guys! This is especially true for objective based game modes. It's awesome if you have guys/girls who can go out and get 40 kills in a game, but that means jack squat if you're trying to hold down in domination or capture the flag. Plus this type of thing is definitely a great opportunity to work on everyone's communication skills with other members, as many of you mentioned.
