Ftl - Sl Meeting!

Okaii everyone I've been thinking & after reading some posts on the forum with regards to lack off communication I propose that we as a unit & squad have a regular team meeting to see the following.


What we can improve on
Where & how we can improve any issues that may lay hidden.

I'm open to suggestions & will listen to any issues FTL's or SL's have & I will address Gemini to see how we can fix the issues raised...

So my question for you is!

What time is best for everyone to meet on XBL & talk about issues that maybe surfacing slowly.

Due to Gemini's situation and if the timeframes that everyone is available I wouldn't mind sitting in on this when it happens.

Well if I can fit round everyone else and their availability i dont mind.

When holding a meeting with any group you should always take notes on the discussion so that after it concludes you can post a memo of everything for those that can't make it due to other commitments.That way you have done everything in your power that you can to make sure that communication between your Company is at the forefront.

From Gemini's point of view hes always been great at checking the forums.He may not comment at times but I for one can vouch for the fact that he knows how important the forums are (he wouldn't hold the position that he does if he didn't).In regards to updating him it should be adequate enough for him to read the meeting notes the same as everyone else.I would say situation but its more that just a single situation that hes having to deal with currently so I ask that hes NOT TO BE bothered or hassled as he has undoubtedly got enough going on a present and to be fair this is what he needs to concentrate on first and foremost before anything else.When this changes everyone will see or know about itin his activity on the forums and in game as rest assured he will let us know.

I can mold my schedule around whatever works for everyone else. I finish classes up at the end of the month, so I'll be relatively spotty schedule wise until the, but after graduation I'll be good to go!

I like the idea of the meeting secjay and little to see the drive to get this put together. Please also try to include anyone aspiring to ride through the ranks as well so they can be in the know of the plans.


Like jb said, I'm big on forum activity. The more we post in the rainbow section the more we get logged in google so the higher we are on the results page when prime search rainbow six seige clans.

Also like he stated, at this current time if you guys could work with jb that would be awesome. I am trying to at least check the forums everyday to stay updated on what's going on. Although I am not always getting the time to type out a post.

I trust JB and his judgement fully. We have seemed to be on the same brain waves when it comes to clan matters and he can always get a hold of me or update me on things that I may not currently know about.

Again sorry for the lack of activity, but I am doing my best to get back as soon as I can. And if someone can post meeting notes that would be much easier than trying to pm me.

Did we figure out a timeframe of when this will be?I'm not available until Monday now as im back to work from tomorrow early shifts (4am) as normal.


Obviously you'll need your baseline of your Squad leader,and Fireteam leaders there SECJay so they should be priority and anyone else after this is a bonus and additional input in regards to Victor Co.
