Recruitment Drive!

It's been brought to my attention that we are slightly slacking in the recruitment for Victor company..

So tonight I will be actively on the Ubisoft forums & when I get home from the gym I will be on the Xbox as well. I wish to put this out there for my FireTeam leaders can we please make sure that keep an eye open on the teams if we have any random players that have mics we chuck them an invite into the party like we did with Amadeus & F4T3L

Not taking any credit away from you Chet I notice you have done a lot off recruitment & appreciate that mate keep up the good hard work bud! But asking others to help out as well for siege as well as division

Understood. I don't recruit the game itself but, More the Clan. My big push is always " Tired of gaming alone or joining up with random people that leave you in your time of need. Join us and always have a squad that will have your back. Play with good guys that use teamwork and comms to achieve the goal." I copy and paste something similar to that to most guys I play with on a given night. I use the recent players tab on the xbox live friends page and send about 5 to 10 a week. If we can get guys to this page and see the very robust website it will recruit itself. Most guys playing Tom Clancy also play or have played the COD series among others.
