My suggestion for the DZ is to pair up with some high level clannies and get in the high level zone (DZ05 and DZ06). There you have less chances for rogues and higher DZ xp. But I suggest to get there with enough healing or it can turn out to be a nightmare. Just grind a few hours and you will get up in no time.
I don't like lower level DZ since there is higher chance to meet people and that they feel to go rogue.
