That's like everything we learned in kindergarten! For real though, I feel like Sunday afternoon after 3 p.m. would be the best fit for most of our players for this meeting.

Ah yes some of the young grasshoppers are a bit too eager and need a little more help than others. We will certainly iron it out though and this is one of the steps to do it!

I think we should schedule the meeting for Sunday 3pm EST if that works for everyone.

Some of the recruits are a bit over-eager but for the most part, those ones have gone. We have calmer recruits now, I don't think any of them are as overzealous as they have been. I also don't think just telling them everything they've done wrong is going to make them feel like part of the team.

Why not, when playing with them, just correct them properly? Like if so-and-so is running when everyone is camping, just give them a position to hold down. Just kind of give them a positive direction to go instead of telling them everything they're screwing up.

I work from 2 to 11 eastern today and tomorrow, so me being their would be impossible. I want it more of a talk with how to handle platoon-squad-fireteam leadership. The roles we are currenlty missing are in my opinion the most important. Which is the platoon level. When I get a chance I will chat with you guys I promise. Be sweet!
