To all clannies around that play The Division, I've a request, especially if you are on the high end content of it.
Do you have any guide or forum I could check or suggestion to share on what to get if you want to go tank, dps or healing?
I know, of course, what would be needed (stamina, firearms and electronics) but I'm referring on which would be the best skills to choose (which could also depend on your gameplay) and, better, what gear/weapons you would suggest for each.
Also hints on where to acquire them and how. I've lots of DZ credits but nothing to spend them on since I'm only lvl 29 in it and a certain number of phoenix credits I would use, but I dunno on what next.
Any hint or direction will be appreciated.

P.S. On a side note, Monday I finished my 2 months and have more of 200 posts, shouldn't I get a pat on my shoulder?

Not sure why you are informing us that you are 2 months and 200 posts? If you are looking to get promoted to Lance Corporal then you would have to talk to Gemini or JB as they have control over promotions for Victor Company.

For the other stuff, I would like to hear what others have to say on this.

Make that Gemini has overall say with any and all promotions with Victor Co.,im just there to assist Gemini with guidance.Im not going to carry out Gemini's Snco and Nco promotions as hes definitely more than capable.(if he needs help he'll ask but until he does my assisting will not go further than help with editing roster's which he now has a Platoon Sergeant and a squad leader to assist with and organize.

(no ill manners intended here with this,I just dont want to step on Gemini's toes)

Relevant to the post I wish I was that high end to help you out Khaylius but im not there yet.

I know man, but I need to find a direction or I will just waste resources and my time with the game is limited. You basically showed me how to get the best own survivability, I want to go a step further and work as one of the three possible classes (working on one at time).

I've found at the following link https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision...thealer_build/ something interesting for the healer/support spec (which is the one I prefer). If you don't mind I'll copy paste it here for better reading, but it's none of my own writings.
For the other builds I'll look for more, but so far this is the best I could find.

This is my support/healer build/guide for The Division, this build is aimed towards endgame (incursions) and utilizes the best gear the game has to offer every piece should be HE (high-end). Everyone seems to be going damage however people need to realize that you can also play a healer/tank role too and it might not be as important for PvP but for PvE having all roles will make things much easier.
Also please note the game is really new still and these things may and probably will change once I and other people learn the game more, this is a good base start if you're looking to play as a healer and be sure to read everything, there's a lot of useful information here! Now lets get on with the build shall we
    Gear

Primary Weapon: Black Market AK-47/Caduceus (Use Caduceus until you can get all 3 talents on a crafted AK)
    Talents - Destructive | Coolheaded | Determined
Optic - Headshot damage/Crit hit damage > crit chance
    Grip - Stability/Horizontal Stability
Mag - Weapon damage/Crit hit damage > crit chance > mag size
Muzzle - Horizontal stability/Crit hit Damage > crit chance
Secondary Weapon: Marksman Rifle (Apparently the best snipers drop from a named enemy "Boomerang" in DZ 3-4)
    Talents - Balanced | Coolheaded | Brutal
    Optic - Headshot damage/Accuracy
Grip - Stability/Horizontal Stability (if avaible)
Mag - Weapon damage/Crit hit damage > crit chance (if available)
Muzzle - Accuracy/crit hit damage > crit chance
Sidearm - Use the best one you can get chances are you won't be using your pistol often. Damascus the crafted pistol from doing the VERY last main mission is pretty good.
    Body Armor:
Talent - Vigorous (All of your healing skills have "overheal" enabled)
    Primary stat - Electronics/Stamina
Major attributes - Skill Power > Crit hit damage > Damage to elites > Protection from elites
Minor attributes - Enemy armor damage > Ammo Capacity
Skill attributes - Support station healing speed > Support station health
    Mask:
Talent - Rapid (The cooldown of your healing skills is decreased by x%)
    Primary stat - Electronics
Major attributes - Skill Power > Crit hit damage > Damage to elites > Protection from elites
Minor attributes - Enemy armor damage > Ammo Capacity
Skill attributes - Support station healing speed > Support station health
    Knee Pads:
Talent - Refreshed (When your health is in the last segment all of your healing is improved by x%)
    Primary stat - Electronics
Major attributes - Skill Power > Crit hit damage > Damage to elites > Protection from elites
Minor attributes - Enemy armor damage > Ammo Capacity
Skill attributes - Support station healing speed > Support station health
    Backpack:
Talent - Specialized (x% of your firearms and stamina are added to your skill power)
    Primary stat - Electronics
Major attributes - Skill Power > Crit hit damage > Damage to elites > Protection from elites
Minor attributes - Enemy armor damage > Ammo Capacity
Skill attributes - Support station healing speed > Support station health
    Gloves:
Talent - Inventive (Your skill power is increased by x% while you are at full health)
    Primary stat - Electronics
Major attributes - Skill Power > Crit hit damage > Damage to elites > Protection from elites
Minor attributes - Enemy armor damage > Ammo Capacity
Skill attributes - Support station healing speed > Support station health
    Holsters:
Talent - Technical (While your signature skill is active your skill power is increased by x%)
    Primary stat - Stamina/Electronics/Firepower
Major attributes - Skill Power > Crit hit damage > Damage to elites > Protection from elites
Minor attributes - Enemy armor damage > Ammo Capacity
Skill attributes - Support station healing speed > Support station health
    Skills/Talents

    Healer

    Skills

First Aid w/ Overdose - Heals all allies within a small radius. The device can be used on location or launched to a distant target (mod: The device heals targets more efficiently, and may even extend the target's health beyond it's normal rating.)
Support Station w/ Life Support - Drops a support station that heals allies and can be used to revive downed allies. (mod: Drops a revival station that automatically revives any allies who are downed within the affected area.)NOTE: You can manually disable the Support Station if you need to heal up someone fast assuming you have the Master mod "Discharge"
Recovery Link (Signature) - Heals and cures the users and nearby allies. Revives downed allies within range. Can "overheal" beyond maximum health.
    Talents

Triage - Heal an ally with a skill to reduce skill cooldowns by 15% (works with Support Station.)
Battle Buddy - Revive a downed agent to reduce incoming damage by 50% for 10 seconds for both players (works with the Support Station auto-revive and the First Aid revive.)
Combat Medic - Use a medkit near allies to heal group members and proxies within 20m by 40%
Strike Back - Reach low health to reduce active skill cooldowns by 20%
    Support

    Skills

If you're looking to be more of a support than a healer consider using these skills instead.
Sticky bomb w/ Flashbang - Fires a bomb that sticks to most surfaces and explodes when detonated remotely. (mod: The bomb explodes with a non-lethal effect that blinds and disrupts all targets in range.
Smart Cover w/ Recharger - Reinforces a cover, increasing the user's damage and reducing incoming damage for all allies in the cover. (mod: Allies using a reinforced cover slowly recover their health and get their skill cooldowns reduced.)
Recovery Link (Signature) - Heals and cures the users and nearby allies. Revives downed allies within range. Can "overheal" beyond maximum health. OR Survivor Link (Signature) - Increases damage resistance and speed for the user and nearby allies.
    Talents

Combat Medic - Use a medkit near allies to heal group members and proxies within 20m by 40%
Strike Back - Reach low health to reduce active skill cooldowns by 20%
Tech Support - Kill a hostile while any skill is deployed to extend any active skills duration by 10%
Battle Buddy - Revive a downed agent to reduce incoming damage by 50% for 10 seconds for both players.
    Extra

Things to note: There are a few things you can change up depending on your gear/weapon talents. First and foremost you don’t need to have the same talents/stats on the exact piece of gear as long as you have them somewhere you’re good.
For armor mods try to get % armor damage and if the gear already has Electronics use a Stamina mod or vise versa.
Try to aim for 70-80k dps 60k health and 30-40k Skill Power
    1. Once you have the “Vigorous” gear talent you no longer need the “Overdose” mod for the first aid skill, I recommend switching it to the “Defibrillator” mod and switching the support station mod to “Immunizer” instead of “Life Support” The reasoning behind this is since all of your healing abilities apply "overheal" there’s no reason to use overdose anymore therefore you should switch it to revive allies and have more heals on the support station instead of the revive since first aid now revives.
    2. The “Destructive” and "Coolheaded" talents on the AK are VERY important (Caduceus always has Coolheaded) once the armor drops off of enemies they become very easy to kill so having this will help your group a TON & the skill reduction on headshots aka the "Coolheaded" talent is a must for a healer.
    3. Your secondary weapon is up to you really, I would recommend using a sniper to get those long distant kills (you should be playing back behind your team if possible not in the action using a SMG.) use what fits your playstyle though.
    4. Although we're playing support crit hit damage, crit hit chance and flat weapon damage is still good, playing a healer in this game is a little different than a healer in other games we can still do decent damage and most weapon mods don't have a stat that benefits our heals so might as well get the most dps we can out of them.
    5. Make sure you have your base upgraded to 100% it doesn't take long and should be one of the first things you do once you hit 30 also don't forget to use consumables (soda > canned food > water > Incendiary bullets > explosive bullets > energy bar) is the priority you should be using them in.
