Yes, you will be able to trade items but there is a time limit of two hours when the item is tradable and only tradable within the group you found it with I believe

Interesting, sounds quite sensible to be honest otherwise there wouldn't be any point in looting once you found the gear or weaponry that you wanted.

On a side note, please be aware that once the new DLC hits, there will be huge changes in the crafting.
First of all, lots of Phoenix Credits items and blueprints you can buy will become buyable with DZ credits. As well as Recalibrating high end gear will require credits and no more Phoenix Credits.
But most of all, the conversion rates from normal to rare and rare to high end for crafting materials will be changed in the first case from 5:1 to 15:1 and for the latter from 5:1 to 10:1, so better if you start converting NOW.
Same, when deconstructing, you are going to obtain no more 2 crafting item of appropriate level, but only one...
So my suggestion is to: 1. stop buying items through Phoenix Credits and 2. Transform all your crafting materials to the high end ones.
Hope this can help
