Not sure what happened, but on the roster my name is showing as FrazzledYou (my previous forums name).

Is this just a glitch through Tapatalk, or does it need fixed?

Has been corrected! Sorry about that Dizzle, when I initially added you to the roster they hadn't changed your name. Then I forgot to change it when it was updated!

Checked the official Award Thread and seen that Parch had requested the first medal and then a day or two later Dizzle requested the same medal.

Dizzle be sure to post in the error/feedback section of the forums to have one removed.
