Checked the official Award Thread and seen that Parch had requested the first medal and then a day or two later Dizzle requested the same medal.

to help with making this not happen again Dizzle and I were talking last night about having a section underneath the Squad Medal Progression lists that would be an "Awards Pending" (or similar) so that there is a little more organization as to who is waiting on receiving medals

That sounds good with me. It'll help clear up the confusion on who when and where those types of medals should be requested. Also just as a reminder, with the Squad Leader Medal, it is one that should be recommended and not self requested like the prestige medals. Same thing for team based medals such as Tactical Precision or Shock Squad, as those would follow our protocol for weapon badges (i.e. Posting proof, having it confirmed, then posting it in Bravo Award thread with the link to be officially confirmed/requested by Bert)
