Training And Helping New Recruits

Its been a tid bit since last time we had a training day I know we encountered an issue where some player were unable to hear the instructor but with help from everyone im sure we can get hopefully 2 or 3 parties running of about 8 players in each . My idea would be having CAG_Parch, CAG_Patron, CAG_GypsyOutlaw, running a party each, teaching everyone about camping spots, tips , tricks, ideas, weapon classes, specialist choices, anything that can help the newbies and of course the current troops with a refresher on the clan tactics.

I support this idea...I'll even take one for the team and be in Gypsy's party if needed.

Back in the day I took the overhead view of the maps and simply dotted them with specific color. Normally you'd have a set strat for each spawn and go from their. Time consuming yes but once you were done you could pass it along to others in the platoon. However I don't do it anymore just an idea.

Great idea as we all could benefit from a more in detail review of spots and how far to push certain places! I know we camp but I also think it'd be good to scrimmage against each other just a few times every so often. No one we go against in pubs is as good as any of our members in the clan.

This is a great idea, especially the maps idea from Randuken and Batmans idea about CAG v Cag.

It would also be great to gain more training to know what we can do when we're playing on our own. There are a lot of times where I got no Yanks to play with because they're lazy or something and I just think fuck it, run 'n gun! And then get like 20-25... which then has a negative effect on my kd.
I've tried camping on my own, but that tends to either end me with 6-1 or 10-20, so I sometimes get positive kd, but very few kills, or the enemy susses me out quickly and hits all the camp spots they know about. So more insight would be better.
