is My Controller Worn Out?

While playing BOIII sometimes holding down the right stick doesn't make me run. While springing sometimes when I press the left stick instead of sliding I kneel down instead of slide. When I plug it into the console to charge it take some wiggling of the cord to get it to charge. It's about a year and a half old and I have a tendency to grip the crap out of it.

If it is worn out and suggestions on a replacement? Elite or something else? I've honestly looked into a modded controller. Getting quick-scoped at superhuman speeds and melted by a Brecci gets really old. Fight fire with fire or take the high road?

1st check your controller settings in-game. If your controller is still having issues then you might need to get another one. P.S. do not mention modded controllers on the forums. Some of the guys have elite and 'other' controllers. I would suggest the elite controller.

I'm leaning heavily towards the Elite based on all reviews I've seen. Seems like a quality piece and I'm bad about squeezing, twisting the hell out of my controller.

Elite controller is very nice. Yea a little pricey (probably more expensive in Canada) but I love it

What sensitivity does everyone run? Right now I'm at 6/6 with a set of Kontrol Freeks on my controller. It seems to be a happy medium but I do find it a little slow on smaller maps.

I always have it on 2 ...sometimes 3 if I am moving around a lot ...

Just order the Elite from Amazon after all the good reviews I've read and the input from the other members.

I'm trying 7/7 but I've heard you need to run your horizontal a step higher than your vertical since you are normally strafing from side-to-side. I've noticed it helps in run-n-gun or small maps but if I'm camping it's better to go 5/5.

Take apart the controller and clean off the inside of the stick. I had the same thing happen to mine and after I didn't that it was fone
