Had to jump off there due to mic issues,been having a lot of echo issues for a while now.New mic comes Tuesday but it's at the point where the old one makes it virtually impossible to game with others and communicate.Originally Posted by CAG CheechDogg
When I was on though,there was Pawz,Riddled,Jsik,RzaRay,Gypsy and lemons made a brief appearance then dipped(not sure why though as my mic was lossing sound).

Yeah he played quite a bit of Bf1 from release with me and Big Country right up to when he got pretty busy with work.Country dipped when the new iron banner dlc dropped for destiny as he was pretty pumped for it.

Never once had any problems with game chat in Bf1.
Any and all my personal audio issues always creep up round party chat.from my point sometimes it seems like the more people in a party the more unstable a party gets with me.
I tend to enjoy playing in game chat more on Bf1 especially at times where there's no more than a squad.

Just the initial squad that you choose to join,game chat feature I believe doesn't extend to your full team.
Then if you think about it,playing a game of conquest of 32vs32, it would be pretty chaotic on the ears if game chat was initially the whole team and not just the squad that you are in

On SOCOM: Confrontation (PS3) this wasn't an issue at all ... you had to hit L2 and hold in order to talk ... you also had proximity chat where you could hear everything around you including the enemy ...
I'm a big fan of proximity chat,this is something that I have came across with playing the division and running through the Darkzone in game chat.Proximity chat works really well with a balance on both sides. Ie you can chat to more than just your squad depending on the amount of people in proximity and also you can still have the privacy in game when on game chat,all you gotta do is move away from proximity of other players.
Proximity chat I believe is something that dice has never pursued with their in game chat but I think would actually be quite decent if it was pushed into the game.
