I spoke with him. As I do not currently have an "official" ftl spot I am treating him as one even though he does not hold the spot on the roster. He put the work in and earned his spot. As soon as a spot opens its his. And or looking at a promotion I would consider him still as already being a ftl. He has put in to much work to have to take a step back.

He's met all requirements for the rank of Staff Sergeant, he has his 500 posts, 5 month minimum with CAG and all 3 of his weapon badges.

I personally would promote him to Platoon Sergeant now, doing so will give you a lot of help online. We currently only have 1 Staff Sergeant and he is not even active on the forums or online.

I'm near sure that there are a few guys within Victor Co. that could be placed possibly a rank higher in terms of the requirements and the rank that they currently hold.

I had a brief look at the Victor roster yesterday and It does look like there is potential for accommodation and filling more spots to help

Nah its all good man,last few days iv been pondering over the Victor roster and profiles and comparing them to the chain of command quota.Probably going to use today or the next few days compiling a list in relation to this and possibilities in regards to filling spots with those that are consistently putting work in on the forums and in game.
