So as you all may have noticed within Victor CAG Gemini has been absent on the forums for a bit and he himself holds the highest leadership role within the Company therefore decisions,promotions and new ideas etc all naturally flow through him.


I will not go into the reason behind the absence as this is personal to Gemini himself but I just want to make each and everyone within Victor Company aware that his absence is legit and he will be back with us within Victor Company asap as he has a lot on his plate at the min.


I realise that within Victor Co. there is a limit of leadership and id like to touch on why.This is mainly for two reasons -


1/Rainbow is still a young game especially when it comes to venturing towards the competitive nature of it.Due to Rainbow 6 siege being a young game within CAG it will always take time to fill leadership spots especially since the majority of its members are relatively new/fresh members to CAG.


2/Rank requirements,Within CAG we promote on the requirements set out and governed by each rank itself.3 areas that we look at in terms of promotion are - time served within CAG,Appropriate weapons awards/badges earned and also one in which I myself find important is activity on forums ie min post count to to obtain the rank and showing consistency with this to progress.


Some starting ranks only ask that you have two out of the three requirements but the further up the food chain you go the more that is required.So when it comes to promotions I hope to see quite a few of you guys chasing these requirements to meet the criteria as the spots are there to be filled.(Any questions regarding this you can hit me up via forums,pm or on xbox live).


Currently Tastylemons is Victors only Fireteam leader so in the absence of Gemini he is Victors next point of contact.


Tastylemons currently is working on regular CAG VS CAG scrims which will help you all when it comes to Gemini deciding when to proceed with the competitive aspect of Rainbow so get involved with this as it will hone your skill set in your weak areas.


This brings me to myself in regards to Rainbow and the division in close future,as you all know or for those that have played with me I play Siege quite a bit and intend on doing the same with the division.Now if you visit my profile on site my title is Chief of staff of the CAG Army ie All games battlefield related.


Due to Bf4 slowing down and drying up due to the age life of the game I am more than happy to help when it comes to guidance,questions and providing a different perspective within Victor Company.In no way am I stepping in here to say that I am assuming control of Victor company or am I intending on stepping on any toes in regards to Gemini or any other member within Victor Company.What I am saying is that due to the free time from the battlefield aspect I am going to make myself available when and where possible to assist within Victor company until at least Battlefield 5 drops and hopefully by then we more than have a solid established leadership within Victor Co. for both Rainbow 6 siege and also the division.


I only have one thing to ask of you all within Victor Co. - In terms of the Company and leadership absence please be patient as we all do know and I hope understand that real life shit will and does crop up unexpectedly that will always take priority and once we have people working towards the rank requirements for themselves to progress individually then we can further get these spots filled to facilitate the self sustaining nature that every Company should have.

Good shit Bailiff,when it comes to progressing we need to keep everyone continually working on the requirements for rank,ie weapons badges,and activity on forums(there is a minimum post requirement that comes with each rank) so the only thing that is left to full fill is the minimum time served within CAG to hold each rank.

Lower ranks dont need all 3 but will initially need 2 out of the 3 but as you progress higher then all 3 points are required.

Yeah been trying to get sharpshooter down, play a lot of ranked and I rather go for the win and maybe risk a death vs getting my sharpshooter . I think I only need a few more . Should have them done soon.

Just an update for Victor Co. for all those that cannot see discussions within officer forums.
Since last time Gemini has set a few promotions ranging through from Victors newest Platoon Sgt - SECJay down through Victor Squad Leader - Tastylemons and our 3 Fireteam leaders - Destroyer ned,Bailiff and Chet Norris. Structure is slowly getting there and with these positions the building blocks are there to continue work to aid Victor Co. to grow as new recruits come in.
Updates to the main roster and recruit roster should be coming at some point today via Gemini with possibly some new additions.
As always I will be around to help,answer questions and guide anyone that needs the guidance.
