Well any time you "Record Clips" (30 second clips) their available over at xboxclips.com. Then run a search with your gamertag then viola you have all the clips. Just clip on the one you want and copy the link. You can also download them.

In order to save the clip just hit the XBOX Button twice and hit X and boom unless you have a kinect then just Xbox Record That
