Doesn't matter if he knows him or not. He is not part of CAG until the application gets put in. If he does not want to be a recruit that is his call. He can play with CAG members all he wants. He just can not sport the CAG tag or say he is a part of CAG. He can not confirm any games.
If he wishes to put an application in then that all changes. Hell tell him to put an in an application. We all have told him.
