My third day on my new medication and techniques are helping me out and my head is so much clear now but I got to stay on the medication for one more week then I will be back in full force

When I was in a bad way I am getting help for my best mate and we was like brother his death made me thing I don't want to die a worthless death I was to me my expectations in life and prove to myself I can do better plus my mate would be looking down on me his memories with me are helping me battle the addiction so I just bin to his grave and sed thank you my brother in arms for supporting when you are no longer by my side but you are in my heart and always will I love you Luke
