Under the navigation bar at the top of the page, on the right hand side will be a button stating "My Posts" -
If you click on this and then click on the threads which you have started, the thread should be there.
If not, then use the application navigation button at the top of the page. Also ensure that you are not using a Hotmail/Live email address as these do not work for the forums.
