I have prestiged 4 times fully and almost to the 5th prestige on BO3. How would I get the medals for 1-4?

You can not get them until you rank up past Private 1st Class. Which shouldn't take long if you want to. Pass 2 weeks, complete sharpshooter and stay active on the forums.
