So to further comment on this thread about promotional opportunities and those wishing to progress within Victor Company, rather than start a duplicate thread on the same topic il say what I need to here.


I am aware that there where a few Victor Company members that where interested in progressing.As far as who this was I wasn't made aware of this(didn't expect to be as normally this is handled within leadership of each Company).


Like a previous thread I started,until the time in which we see Battlefield 5 drop I will be looking to assist CAG Gemini and each individual underneath him to keep Rainbow 6 Siege within CAG ticking over and get it to a point where Chain of Command can sufficiently sustain itself.


In terms of those of you that have notified CAG Gemini of interest in progression if still interested I am happy to be made aware of this also.


My intentions after being made aware of this information will be simply to work from Victor Companies roster and if needs be take a look at each individual interested and advise (again individually per member) what is missing from their requirements in order to progress further in rank and billet.Just be aware that all promotions Gemini will have the call on these unless he gives me the "go ahead" as I will not step on his toes in regards to this.


What this will do will give each individual that is wishing to progress the knowledge of what they need to accomplish to ascend in rank while at the same time having the direction and guidance of myself.Doing this will also make the workload for Gemini that much easier on his return from his personal issues and will help support all you guys until these leadership spots are filled.
