Threads for full members?? I'm confused.Your a member Bailiff so therefore any and all threads can be read.
If someone posts in clan members only forum then that post is kept within clan members only and can't be viewed by your typical recruit.
Things like strategies,call outs,map guides we tend to keep locked within CAG as these are all personal to the clan itself.
When posting threads its more about thinking "is this something I want a recruit to see"?Its thinking of who you also wish to be able give input on your thread also.
If you don't feel comfortable enough yet with knowing the lay out of the forums and where to post certain threads /where to find certain forums or sub forums that's fine,its just something that together with the help and guidance of others and also browsing will come on in time.
If that's not the case and your good then why don't you yourself work on the strategy thread and get something with content up as currently your rank has you at PFC and its things like this that leadership look for when people want to progress.One thing I dont want you or any member thinking is that their alone when it comes to not knowing where to post or having navigation problems on the site.Use the forums to ask your questions or discuss something that your unsure of as it will always work out in your favour and everyone else's favour

General posting in clan members only forums is off access to recruits which is more than adequate enough considering your rank and billet just like the Nco and Snco forums and above are limited also to those with the correct rank and billets.

If for instance you start a thread im clan members only and need it moved to a more appropriate forum ( say for instance Rainbow strategies moved to an appropriate Rainbow forum once its established) there will be absolutely no qualms with someone moving it for you.All you would need to do in this instance is post that the thread needs moving and where to.

I just am a person that likes to see new members using their initiative and wanting to grow and learn.I can assure you that you wanting to use you initiative wont be looked at as stepping on toes especially if you communicate and work with those in your company

Hey buddy,

You need to us the Chain of Command if you have questions about R6. We do not message Officers unless they message you first. In your case sense a Chain of Command does not really exist you would be messaging Gem (I know he is an Officer but he is the next point of contact). There should be no reason to be messaging a General. If you have any questions I can point you to the COC post I did when I was a young CAG member.

Lol No harm done but potentially Sacrilege is correct about chain of Command.
First point of contact for yourself would be Gemini when concerned with Rainbow,this is what I meant when working and communicating with people within your Company.
