Trying going to the Xbox store and search for the siege season pass and see if it lets you download it with out paying . I had to do that for the weapon skin package when I bought the season pass .

If you go to the digital content section on the game under the shop tab. Make sure the season pass isn't an option for you to buy. If it is then something happened and you don't have your season pass.

If you bought the disk version I have the easiest way to solve the problem. Open your case. Look to the left. You will find a card. On said card you will find the code for the season pass. Enter that code and boom. Season pass is yours.
