I seem to be running into people not following directions lately. Mostly in Bravo Company. Following directions is extremely important, especially as a recruit. If you can not follow simple directions laid out for you, how can you follow directions in game?
Wearing your CAG tag properly is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. There is a link in your application thread on how to wear it. In fact it is posted all over the place on how to wear it. You can even ask your Chain of Command on how to wear it. Anyone found not wearing your tag properly after being told will not pass recruit phase. Simple as that.
Posting your Marksman, sharpshooter or Expert game is also part of your directions. It is posted ALL OVER THE PLACE on the format that is expected. From the name of the thread to what you say in the thread. Again, these are simple instructions. I am going to get strict on this! This is a clan. Clan members need to follow directions. Period.
Everything you need to succeed is CAG is posted and easily found. If you have questions, we also state it in your application to ask them in the thread with your application. But for some reason people are still not following this. Why? I do not know. I will also be cracking down on this.
Moral of the story. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. Follow the Chain of Command. This will be served as your warning.
Chain of command below me in Alpha and Bravo Company. If there is an issue with anyone below you it needs to be brought to Spartan/steve-0 (depending on the company) and my attention. Violations of code and conduct, anything listed above, ANY ISSUE period must be brought to our attention for corrective action until I say otherwise.
