Then your in the right place then Happy,its not easy to find somewhere that makes you feel like that.Take it from me,iv been in one clan and one clan alone and April tips my 3rd year with CAG.Since day one the guys helped a noob forum poster (myself) get rolling,feel welcome and give me the comfort of feeling I could engage with anyone from day one.Iv seen my fair share of drama through my time with CAG but the fact that everyone is supportive in nature giving that family feeling,what it brings is definitely enough to help anyone through.

I am Alpha but feel I need to share my two cents.

This should never have gotten to the point where it was forum post worthy.

CAG is greater than one person. There is structure, chain of command, and leadership in place to deal with things before they become an issue.

When this is not followed, butts get hurt, and thugs go sideways quickly.

There is no real reason for you to leave. That's not how a loyal CAG Dogg rolls. You talk to your fireteam leader, squad leader, etc and go from there.

This is a gaming community. Made up of all kinds and types. We will have issues with each other from time to time. That's ok. How we move forward from those issues is what separates the men from the boys [women from girls too ].

Let the leadership do its job. Your job is popping skulls in game. Easy enough. Give it time and you will understand the depth and breadth of what it means to be a CAG Dogg. You will realize that you are as valuable as anyone.

These rules, policies, guidelines are in place for all of our protection. If you go through the proper channels, and things are still FUBAR, then we let you down.

Stay. Shoot. Move on.

Just to clarify a couple of things that have been posted on this thread.

CAG is not a gaming community but a "CLAN" so lets get that right.

Under no circumstances will "recruits" ever be allowed to start drama and most of all be allowed to get away with it as recruits. Recruits have 2 weeks to prove to "US" that they are CAG worthy and have what it takes to be a CAG Dogg. Immaturity, indiscipline and disorder can very easily break morale in any clan and the leadership here in CAG has seen that many times in the past and knows how to deal and handle these kinds of issues.

My guys here are professionals which is why they hold leadership roles for CAG. I hold officers to the highest standards and I am very confident that these guys will do what is necessary to make recruits and members feel welcomed and respected.

With that said no one person is more important than the others and there is zero tolerance for immaturity and drama.
