From my point the party was open and not set to invite only.The reason I do this is so that recruits can take the initiative to join and grab games.
I am all for helping any recruit out that needs their marksman games but one thing I will not do is do the work for them.
I like to push all recruits that I have contact with to use their own initiative when it comes to first introductions,getting accustomed to members and grabbing games where they can as pushing people to use their initiative gives them nothing but confidence especially in an unfamiliar forum with unfamiliar people.
You might ask why do I do this, well I had no previous experience with any clan before CAG and typically I am not a person that would have back then been able to stop and speak with someone that I did not know (yeah that includes randoms on xbox).
My time in CAG has changed this in a huge way,my time here has give me nothing but confidence to have the ability to talk with random people that I don't know both in personal life and clan life.Funny thing is my confidence only grew to that point because I know I have the support of many,many others within CAG

JB I'm all for running games with other people. I don't like playing alone. But sadly my parents taught me to knock on a door before opening it. Anyway I got your message. I will enter the group on my own if I see one up or invite you to one.
