Information About Recruitinment

I am coming across a good amount of posts and people with concerns about how CAG recruits. The biggest concern I keep hearing about is players not liking that CAG camps and therefore they feel they "CAN NOT" possibly obtain their Marksman's Badge this way.

Nowhere in the description of the Marksman's Badge or any other weapon badge does it say you have to camp. So below is information about this:

Not everyone likes to play the conventional CAG way which is our trademark. We realize that there are players who are aggressive and need to move around and run around and we have no problem with that. It is up to "YOU" to find other players who like to "RUN N GUN" so you can complete your Marksman's Badge within the 2 week probation period. If you fulfill the requirements then CAG is not for you. What are the requirements?

1. Submit an application
2. Contact other members and or recruits to set up game lobbies for you to begin your initiation towards becoming a member of CAG
3. Use the forums to find other players who fit your playing style to make it easier and faster to obtain your Marksman's Badge and your Dogg Ribbon
4. Use the forums to ask questions before you get frustrated and decide this is not the place for you without putting in the effort

It is not our responsibility to make it easy for you to become a CAG Dogg, we have a system and a recruitment initiation unlike other clans. This "Initiation" and recruitment system (process) is designed to find "Team Players" who "really" are and want to be a part of a "REAL" clan.

It is up to the recruits to figure out a way to complete their 2 week probation and obtain their Marksman's Badge in that time-frame.

I guarantee that if "YOU" the recruits use the forums like you should be using them, you will find other players who like to run around and not camp to make it easier for you to become a member of CAG.

So once again, it is up to "YOU" to prove to us and find a way to become a member of CAG. We have a process system which has worked for many years, we provide you with all the tools needed to become a part of CAG, it is up to "YOU" to figure out a way to use them!

I have stickied this thread, if anyone has any questions "DO NOT" hesitate to ask. If you don't ask questions and you decide to bitch about how CAG recruits later on "I" will personally deny your application.

Another thing, you don't have to play Hardcore either to earn your Marksman's Badge, find other players who play core on the forums ...
