It doesn't really matter in hard core but if your trying to knock it out play with different attachments till you find your set up, I finally got a good set up with thermals with suppressor and grip

I have at this moment the M8A7 gold, with Silencer and the Elo scope and quickdraw. I'm loving the ELO scope it makes shooting much better then the reflex. but unfornately you need to hit lvl 16 to get the ELO scope. i'm now trying to get man of war gold. but that would be difficult. because the m8a7 I hit gold in 2,5 day. but I never used the Gorgon so far. i'm still getting first another weapons to gold before i will try to use the gorgon

When you run the Gorgon do you use a secondary? It's great if you can keep enemies at range but if they get close you're screwed without a backup.
