#Tags

So recently I noticed Cheech using hash tags within his posts then he himself confirmed within a thread that they can be used.So I though what better way to get the word out and grab peoples attention than to great a thread so that anyone can ask questions regarding the subject.Bare in mind all questions are never to stupid as after all if you don't know and don't ask you don't get the answers that your looking for.

I'm kick this off with a question - In regard to the hash tag,say for instance I use the hash tag #Number1Clan (just an example) and hit post will this hash tag be automatically linked and posted to my twitter account if I have provided this within my profile within the clans site?

Also another that I just though of while writing the last one - Obviously with twitter enough people using the same hash tag creates a trend so if we have enough people using these tags and twitter users start checking this out it could possibly send so activity our way and in turn possible new recruits No?

If you create a new thread and add the #hashtags they should post on twitter automatically and bring traffic here yes ...but I don't see anyone using them .... now if you use #hashtags in a reply after a thread is created it should take you to any other post on the forums with the same hastags .....I will see about linking it from twitter to here ....

That's food for thought well,I suppose it wouldn't be to hard to post maybe using the hashtag here and there especially if its going to give us more publicity on the twitter scene.Only thing is that a lot people wont use this option due to the fact that to use the hashtag option they will have to use the main site through a web browser as I dont think its possible to do it via tapatalk(could be wrong)
