Bedarje1991 is busy with work and stuff he is still interesting. Played a few games with him today. We discussed the placement on the reserves untit he gets his marksman and he tinks its a good idea and so do i.

Well wait the two weeks until his recruitment is up to get a general feel on weather he is a fit for the clan or not and if the clans a good fit for him hes looking for.
If he fits after his two weeks then yeah he can by all means go reserve until time permits him to obtain marksman.
This is why we need continual updates from members that are making contact with recruits.
Also have put Ash and Bedarje through for their reserve/casual status,well get them updated on the roster as soon as an admin grants their Dogg Ribbon.
