After weeks of messing around trying to get the combat knife gold I have finally found out how to do this, it's when you come to doing the kill the anamy with their own gun after killing them with the combat knife, you CANNOT use a cammo in the weapon while doing this challenge but once completed the challenge you can then put a camo back on.
