Alright guys. As some of you know I will be recommending people for Fireteam Leaders. That being said, I want COD people to be more active on the forums. How can you be active on the forums you might ask?

1. Comment on threads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can not stress this enough! EVERYONE needs to do this.
2. Start a New Thread. Strike up a thread of interest.
3. Check the forums. Not just COD but everything!

These 3 steps will get you noticed. They WILL get you promoted! As long as you do not start an argument I will recommend you for promotion. I promise you that (as long as spots are open. Which there are several)!!!

We have a lot of GREAT players with a lot of GREAT ideas. I want to promote this CLAN WIDE! No idea is stupid!


Fast way to get noticed. Bump this Recruitment Thread. It goes to the COD Forum that SprayAim recruits off of. Bump it everyday. Help him out as much as possible.

Like sac says and everything I have said to you guys in the past.

Forum activity for promotion is a must. These roles have certain duties that mean you have to be on the forums and the only way we can tell if you are right for promotion is if you demonstrate and prove your ability to carry out the tasks involved.

Like sac says above, recruiting is a great way of getting noticed. There are many games we support which need an influx of members.

There are other ways you can be noticed;

1. Help recruits earn their marksman and other awards... The more confirmations we see you doing the better this raises your profile

2. Recruit on games, the more sites you recruit from the better (there are links to the sites we use in the recruitment forum)

3. Attend clan training to be held by Spartan and learn the Charlie Delta way, once versed in the style you can assist in the training of others and possibly be part of the Charlie Delta team who are held in higher regard than regular members

4. Track the progress of recruits and keep our forums updated in the relevant threads to make the jobs of CAG officers easier when keeping the lists up-to-date

5. Respond to current threads and make new ones. Get your name out there and network with our other members and officers.

6. Have an opinion, suggestion or idea? Great, voice it! Use your initiative...

Look at all the promotions being made, look at what these guys have done. Take note and follow suit

Hard work in CAG will ALWAYS be rewarded as we expect all our leaders to do so by example. Make CAG proud!

You and me both huxley. I have never been a part of something like this that I enjoy so I'm hoping I can move on up into leaderships roles and make a difference. Whether that difference is ppl having more fun or making CAG a better clan in some way idk. But either way I hope to lead and kick some butt
