Taking Screenshots In Game

Maybe I'm missing something but how do you take a screenshot in BO3? I believe you can do it in Theater mode but wasn't sure. I've had a few good games and wanted to start taking screenshots. Any help would be appreciated.

Once you take the screen shot if you have Xbox Smartglass and save it to your phone then upload to the forum or do whatever with the picture
