You can not run in and shoot everything. AI is to smart and will drop you almost every time. You have to deploy real life tactics into the game. Must work in a team and clear sectors. Must call out entry ways etc.

I have tried it in the first rainbow six and I died immediately

Did anyone play it the first time? If so are the controls the same as in the first Rainbow six?

I have played basically all Rainbow six games since the PC.

Rainbow 6 Vegas was most notable on 360 and PS3. I owned both.

Controls are basically the same with a little more COD type of shooting. But the same style gameplay as rainbow has always been. Slow Paced and Tactics involved.

Controls are pretty close to the same. Not much difference but you also have different devices and actions you can do compared to the first one

it would not let me connect at all on this open beta so i don't think the servers will be nice on game release but i hope so!
