Recruit Read In

This may be posted somewhere but I'm going to ask here.

When approaching someone about joining CAG what is our read in process? Is it the message that a CO sends them or do we just cover the basic general things?

You can explain everything to them. When they apply we still will give them the info they need to read over. You can answer all the questions if you know them. Just make sure you do it according to our rules and regulations.

EVERYTHING they need to know will be posted on there application. It is still up to them to actually read it.

I understand. Just trying to learn all of this now so when I become a 360 lead it'll be a lot easier

Just make sure that someone doesn't belong to another clan when recruiting as it can easily be portrayed as poaching.typically if someone belongs to another clan all you can do there is let them make their own choices.you will find that many people carry a tag but may not be happy with a clan their currently with and dont bother to change.If they want change and a better gaming experience within a clan they quite happily make there way to CAG.

As for other non clan players,id generally say let them know what we are about etc not many pass up the chance to game with a large clan such as ourselves
