So I have a few guys I game with who are Brits. One guy can't do the application because he doesn't have a laptop or smartphone and can't do it on his Xbox. He has 3-4 guys who I play with who will join if he does

So if he can't do the app is he SOL or are their exceptions to this?

We need all members to be on our forums to read the rules etc .... the application process gives recruits a clear understanding of what we are about and our expectations from members

Kinda what I was guessing but wanted to double check. I'll explain it to me an hopefully we come up with a solution.
