So we are coming up for our first examination! Quite nervous to say the least, think I'll do okaii but nerves my take over! Any suggestions on how to get rid of the nerves? I'll be going into a building with Armed Response officers as that is the section of the Dog Unit I am joining & I've got to make sure the dog searches the building properly! Bottom to Top.... HELP!

You will do fine! Just slow down and think. Dont sound paniced when giving the commands. You dogs will react to it. Stay in charge of the situation. You got this brother!

Just think positive if you think negative it wont help you that much. If you know what you are doing as you should with you training for this you will do fine.
Nerves will always hit you but once you get into doing the test you will be concentrating on what needs to be done and your nerves will just go away.
