To all Recruits and Members of CAG
This is a MUST READ thread.
ALL recruits and members are to read and respond to this thread to show they accept everything mentioned! Failure to do so may prevent promotions within the clan and placement on a roster!
Those who are recorded to have read and understood this thread should know everything that is expected and required of them. Any violations of the below information will be dealt with accordingly!
Please use the Chain of Command. If you are having an issue with anything, talk to your First Line Supervisor. Let me explain who that might be.
Riflemen to Fireteam Leader.
Fireteam Leaders to Squad Leaders.
Squad Leaders to Platoon Sergeant/Platoon Guide.
Platoon Sergeant/Platoon Guide to Platoon Commander.
Platoon Commander to Executive Officer.
Executive Officer to Commanding Officer.
Commanding Officer to Brigade.
Brigade to Division.
The only time that you should bypass your Chain of Command is if they are the issue. If that is the case then your next Point of Contact will be the next person above them. Example: Fireteam leader has an issue with the Squad Leader. That Fireteam Leader shall message the Platoon Sergeant (or Platoon Guide depending if there is one) with there issue. Failure to use the Chain of Command can result in disciplinary actions and/or removal from CAG.
If you get your award DENIED for any reason, the only person(s) who can reverse it is THAT person or a higher rank then that person. For example: Platoon Commander Denies your award. A Platoon Sergeant can not go ahead and reverse his decision and put in for it. Platoon Commander or higher are the ONLY ones who can reverse it. If you wish to Dispute the decision, the Chain of Command must be followed. Let me explain this. If you start a thread for an Award and a Squad Leader DENIES it for any reason. YOU ARE NOT TO MESSAGE Cheech OR ANY GENERAL to question that person(s) decision. You are to contact your First Line Supervisor in your Chain of Command and it is there responsibility to handle it from there. If a General feels that they need to intervene on a thread they will. Otherwise they leave it up to the Chain of Command to handle it.
The Generals are extremely busy, they should only be messaged by Officers and Admins! NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! Failure to comply with this will result in disciplinary action and/or removal from CAG This is the reason why people are appointed into Leadership roles. They are given power to handle certain situations. If they can not handle it, then they will talk to there Chain of Command.
Please RESPECT the Chain of Command as each person has a set of responsibilities.
Etiquette when gaming with others
When in a lobby with others it is the lobby leaders call on what tactics will be used. You are expected to listen and follow instruction at all times. There are many in the clan who like to hold their spawn area and watch the three lanes of traffic, you will be expected to do the same.
We understand this is not everyone's play style and that is fine. You have a choice:
1, Be a team player and use the same strategy (don't know where to stand/look... Just ask)
2. Find a new lobby to game with. There are other members who prefer the run and gun approach.
Also, WEAR YOUR CLAN TAG at all times.
