ok so hardly anyone plays black ops 3 on 360 to confirm my games and i cant upload screenshots from my phone because my pictures exeed the file size.....so what do i do. or can i do???

You can shrink the file. Many online websites will do it free and easy.

Normally any images I load are to big but iv been using the inline image upload option for a while now on tapatalk and it seems to upload ok
I have a photo bucket account. If I have problems uploading I link them from that via url... Used the image uploaded on CAG once
