I just figured out why my tag isn't showing. I took the picture after the game was over in the lobby instead if at end of the game. So do they not count?

What he is trying to say is the pictures without the CAG tag were taken after the game was over and about to return to lobby. The pictures with the CAG tag were taken right as the game ended.

I am not sure if that is the problem or not. But from the messages he sent me, that is what I got out of it.

That's it exactly. Because the pictures are better quality in the lobby than at end of game. But now I know nobody ever explained that to me they just said a screenshot but now I know and won't happen again.

Ah, I see what the problem is..... I'll admit I did not pay a huge amount of attention to the image other than your name and scores but after reading past comments about it being end game etc and noticing upon re-inspection that no other player had a tag either I'll retract my decision for the games not counting.

I understand what has happened and apologise for making a decision without my full attention, I won't make that mistake again!

My stance on the tag still stands (not saying you were at fault in this instance) so with luck present and future members can use my mistake as a learning opportunity
