I Tryed To Pm S Few People With This Messge

Hey i tried to pm some people with this message but i don't have permission to send pm so ill post it.

So today i got invited to a message chat with all the CAG Recruits on Ps4 I made a post about this the other day.
People may or may not know this with PlayStation but i will post it in case they don't to help out with organisation of the CAG ps4 members.

So on ps4 you have a thing called groups that can be private or open.

One of the ps4 leaders could create a private group.

When there is a new member or recruit the Leader would add him to his/her friends list and send them a invitation to join the group.

Once in the group the individual would be able to see all members who are in that group and be able to friend them with ease.

Another advantage is that all members in the group that are online and play will be shown and if there is any current party chats active they will be able to join straight from the group.

Open Friends List



Then Select Communities and create community


Then make the name and privacy of the community


Finally after this step it will allow you to put a custom community background and also custom community picture on your new community.




If this is helpful please let me know as it would make things on the ps4 a lot easier for us new recruits and maybe a lot easier for you guys to.

We should already have this done. steve-o_stiffler should have already created a group and invited everyone. He is the Squad Leader for the PS Division of CAG. Make sure you get with him for an invite.

It is not a group like this it is a message with 20 people in it but people have left as they keep getting spammed with message notification but if they made a group like shown in this is will not give message notifications as it is a community. but it will show all players who are in it all players who are in chat party's and all players that are in game.

Ok. I was not aware there was a difference. Make sure you send invites to all the recruits on the Recruit List.

Hi sparco. I had already done a community. Sent out invites earlier on. It will only pop up I'm guessing when people log on to a ps4 and not a phone like a message. I was trying to figure out a way for people to search for it and join but it looks like it will have to be a manual add of everyone that joins as there is no search function.

It should be an invite only. They should be applying to CAG through the forum. Leadership should be checking the rosters daily to see if any new recruits need to be invited. The issue I would have if anyone can join would be intel being leaked out. Strategies, recruit names, etc. Last thing we would want is this info being leaked out to rival clans.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.
