I'm bang up for helping to grow the PS4 side and I'll be helping the recruits do their marksman... all while doing Sharpshooter and Expert if I can

I'm gonna give the Bravo Guys a piece of advice. "Don't talk about it, be about it" and "Actions speak louder then words". In my personal opinion recruiting in game works 100x better in game than on forums, Why because you can quickly grasp how a person is within a game or two while gaming.

Why does recruitment help ?

The more people you have in the rosters, the more likely they want to move up and if they move up then well you move up along side them. Granted that everyone meets the requirements.

I want to be very clear that forum activity has dipped significantly on the Playstation side. The only way to know what is going on is to get on the forums. I would like meetings setup weekly by the platoons, squad and fire teams. Posting on how they are doing and goals for each. In-game activity also needs to change from certain members of leadership on Bravo. I know its a big dipping point in the game but if I take time out of my life to help all of you guys I would expect a sense of urgency from all of you guys, to not only posts but be a positive influence on everyone else.
