PS Division COD Leadership Tips

With CAG looking at giving Leadership roles to people who want to step up. We need help from the PS Division.

Here are some tips to get you noticed by me and other Leadership.


1. Subscribe to the Recruit Roster. When someone is added invite them to your game.
2. Send them game invites!
3. Leave regular feedback on the recruit list of their progress so it can be maintained accordingly.
4. Do they want to start Marksman? (Not required but highly encouraged)
5. Make sure they are using the CAG tag correctly. If you do not know the rules for it the tag Click Here
6. Keep in contact with your Chain of Command!!! This is HUGE!!!
7. Be active on the forums! How can you lead if you do not know what is going on?

Just to check, I'm presuming that we can start to get noticed for this position once we've progressed through our marksman tasks as I'm really interested in being involved with the PS leadership if at all possible.

As of right now Cheech has approved ranking up without Marksman for PS Division ONLY!. Once your 2 weeks are up you will become full members. Once full members you can be promoted. Marksman is HIGHLY encouraged still If you want want to be part of the Leadership OUTSTANDING. Above is a good way to get noticed and show you want to be part of the PS Division Leadership.

Make sure you get with steve-o_stiffler and get invited to the CAG Group on PS. From there invite recruits, help Marksman, etc. Keep on top of the Recruit Roster.

The PS Division will only be as good as the members allow it. We can only do so much. It will be up to PS Leadership to make it THRIVE!

That's because the PS Division is starting from the ground up and there is no "set" leadership right now which is what we are trying to put together from those of you who want to not only be members of CAG but also "Leaders" and help establish the Playstation Division

Anyone of co-leaders who interacts with you and all other recruits on the Playstation Division will make the decision of who makes it as an official member and who doesn't but with each individual's help. If you guys prove to us that you guys want to be a part of CAG and you guys "WANT" to be involved in leadership and the development of the PS Division then we are going to give you guys the tools to make it happen.

You decide if you want to become a member. After your 2 weeks are up, we put in for your Ribbon. Once it is approved and awarded you will be a Full Member of CAG.

As of right now you have a Leader within the PS Division. steve-o_stiffler is ACTING Squad Leader until his rank and promotion is finalized. We will announce it when it is fully finalized.

SprayAim and myself are the other ACTING Leaders until we get a full Roster of PS Division Leadership.
