As the title states I start my new job today, I tried the traffic unit & it got on my nerves so now I'm going alone as a dog handlerpick the new doggys up today named Alfie & Franky, Alfie a cocky spaniel & Franky a German Shepherd! Got to have them home with me from tonight after bonding with them today during my training... Be warned crims we're coming for you!!

He will be a K-9 unit. Not sure why 2 dogs. Here in the states it depends what you specialize in but most are patrol. Assuming German Shepard is patrol and spaniel is a detection. How close am i?

Yep that would be my guess also German Shepard for patrol/apprehension and tracking and the spaniels are known for their nose work.
Id say spot on Sac.
I cheated. 6 years LE iv learned a bit. Lol

Pretty much spot on mate, Spaniel is going to be trained to use his nose for finding "Guns, blood, drugs, cash" the German Shepherd is going to be more apprehension, deterring, more of a warning animal to let the naughty people know he's not in the playing mood till he gets his tennis ball... Two tennis balls make it look like I've got too big balls down there, caught the girlfriend off guard as she didn't know I was bringing them home :P
