New Recruitment Process

I'm glad this will apply to the ps side as well, it will make it slightly easier to recruit players on the ps side of things and if they want to continue to go for marksmanship sharpshooter and what not would they will be allowed to during their evaluation period? You talked about officer and leader ranks but didn't touch on how it would affect the beginner ranks for the players if at all

They can go for weapons badges at any time during recruitment or after and as a casual member they can rank up 1 rank every 3 months in the private / NCO ranks

Ok, I read all the posts about forum activity and time in clan I just didn't know if the PS Division was any different considering we don't have any members to play with. All I am really concerned about is if I will be able to do my own recruiting once I get my tag. I added every member that posted they had a PS4 and none of them were still members. I would like to do a complete overhaul of the PS Division.

Joker both you and I want to build on the ps side, I don't think a complete overhaul is needed for the ps division, they have the foundation there, the clan is strong on its own and the way the recruitment process is going to be now makes it easier for us. I think the ps side just needs a bit of man hours put into growing it and patience to do so for the long haul. But I'm glad you brought up that question of recruitment I have been slowly recruiting and speaking to players since my first day with out thinking to ask about that. So thank you. Sorry if this is mildly off topic.

That's what I meant by a overhaul. The foundation is set we just have to build upon it. But we have no leadership on the PS side, no squad leaders, no anything. I know you and I are willing to put in the work to get such positions and we will make the PS Division just as strong as the Xbox.

I don't need or am I rightly trying a title such as that though, I just want to help so I wish you luck with leadership but I myself am not going to think about it till I am qualified and someone else asks me to try for it that's just the personality I have. I will just act as a supportive player and help get us recruits like we need and if they need someone on the PS3 to be there for marksman I will always be willing to confirm it so they don't have to use screenshots if I become a member.

But it yeah I look forward to working with you and bugging you with ideas.

I wish you the best of luck and I know you will play a major role in the creation 9f the PS Division. I am 8n the military and I know we need a leadership structure if we are to be successful.
