New CAG Recruitment Process for the Casual Gamer

All current requirements to hold a Leadership position or become an Officer are still in place. Any new Recruit that becomes a member could not hold any leadership role in CAG unless they complete the present requirements to do so ie: Weapons Badges, Forum Activity, etc. At any time a member can complete these requirements to Rank up and Apply for a Leadership role in CAG.


Requirements:

1. Register on CAGclan.om

2. Fill out an Application

3. No Marksman Requirement

4. No Forum requirement other than Step 1 and 2.

5. 2 week Recruitment period where they must play regularly with a
full CAG Member to see if we are a fit for them and if they are a fit for us.

6. MUST abide by CAG Code of Conduct and CAG Rules at ALL times.

I really like this idea we definitely need to focus more on the gaming and come up with some ideas to get people to want to come to the forums

If you take it in terms of how I was recruited over two years ago.Under Easy Company with no marksman needed,just an evaluation to see if things where a fit.Generally I feel if someone comes to the forum and enjoys the camaraderie and the sense of belonging that the forums bring then they will be more obliged to stick around.Just the sheer fact that I knew I was being evaluated (back then it was Blame and Stormy that done my evaluation) made the process feel like it was of importance and seemed professional in manner as those being evaluated dont generally hear the comments from those who evaluate them.
Its this that has always gave me pride to say hell im a CAG Dogg and im not afraid to show im a CAG Dogg on forums and in game.

Yes it does but remember they MUST earn Weapons Badges and meet forum requirements to hold a leader role or become an officer

I already met my 2 weeks and have my requirements met for marksman, and 115 kills left for sharpshooter. So what other requirements must I meet to be in a leadership role of the PS Division?

People get bored and move to other games but we get flooded once the new one releases
